1. The service
Petronix is software for managing a petrol pump: sales, stock, credit, accounts, staff and reports. We provide it as an online service on Android, iOS and the web. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.
2. Accounts
The pump owner (admin) is responsible for the accounts they create for staff, for keeping passwords safe and for what is entered under those accounts. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
3. Plans and payment
Use of Petronix after the trial requires a paid plan. Plan length and price are agreed with our team before payment. When a plan expires, access may be limited until it is renewed. Fees already paid are not refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Your data
You own the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export reports at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of entries and for meeting your own tax, legal and oil company obligations; Petronix reports are a tool and not professional accounting or tax advice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Petronix for anything unlawful, try to access another pump’s data, interfere with the service, or copy or resell the software.
6. Availability
We work to keep Petronix available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or losses caused by incorrect entries. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current plan.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Petronix at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Account deletion is available from the app.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
