Running a Nayara outlet means daily DU sheets, stock reconciliation against DIP, credit to transporters and fleets, cash handovers between shifts and a register in the format your oil company expects. Petronix puts all of it on your phone and web, set up with your own tanks, nozzles, fuels and rates.
For Nayara outlets VAT payable is worked out as output VAT on sales minus VAT paid on purchases, so the monthly VAT figure is ready for your accountant.

Frequently asked questions
Can Nayara dealers record bouzer (mobile tanker) sales?
Yes. Bouzer sheets work like DU sheets for the tanker and are approved by the owner. You can turn the feature off in Settings if you do not use a bouzer.
Can I use Petronix if I also run a Nayara outlet and another brand?
Yes. Each outlet is set up separately with its own fuels, tanks and staff, and you can manage both from your phone.
How long does setup take?
Most pumps are live within a day. Our team helps you add tanks, nozzles, rates and staff and load the DIP chart.
