Why we built Petronix
Petrol pump owners spend their evenings matching DU sheets with cash, checking the khata notebook and converting DIP readings with a printed chart. Shortages are found days later, when nobody remembers what happened. Petronix was built to put all of that on one screen, the same day.
Today Petronix is used by dealers of Bharat Petroleum, Indian Oil, Hindustan Petroleum and Nayara. Each oil company has its own app in the Play Store and App Store, set up with the registers and reports that company’s dealers use.
What we believe
- Built for the forecourt. Screens are made for fillers on a phone in the middle of a busy shift: few fields, clear buttons and meter photos.
- The owner stays in control. Approvals, locks and roles mean staff can’t change what the owner has approved.
- Your data is yours. Every pump’s data is kept separate and private, and reports can be exported at any time.
- We listen to dealers. Many Petronix features — bouzer sheets, khata commission, cash note counts, the oil-company DSR formats — were asked for by pump owners.

Our team helps every pump get set up: tanks, DUs, nozzles, fuel rates, DIP charts and staff. After that, support is a call or WhatsApp away in English, Hindi or Gujarati.
