What is Petronix?
Petronix is a petrol pump management app for owners, managers, fillers and watchmen. It records nozzle readings, cash, UPI, credit, tank stock, purchases, expenses, attendance and salary, and produces the daily registers and reports.
Which oil companies does Petronix support?
Dealers of BPCL, Indian Oil, HPCL and Nayara each have their own app with the registers their company uses. Private and other outlets can use it too.
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything can be done from the phone. Owners who prefer a big screen can also use the web admin panel from any browser.
Which phones are supported?
Android phones and iPhones. Staff download the app from Google Play or the App Store.
How long does it take to start?
Most pumps are running within a day. Our team adds your tanks, DUs, nozzles, fuel rates and staff with you and loads your DIP chart.
Does it need internet?
Yes. Petronix saves entries online so the owner can see them live. A normal mobile data connection is enough.
Can staff change entries after I approve them?
No. Approved DU sheets are locked. Owners can also lock the opening meter so readings always continue from the last approved sheet.
Can I see my pump from home?
Yes. Sales, cash, stock and pending approvals are visible on your phone wherever you are, and you get a notification when a sheet needs approval.
Is my data safe?
Each pump’s data is kept separate. Logins are protected, private documents such as Aadhaar photos are stored privately, and only the people you add can see your pump.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Reports can be exported to PDF and Excel, printed, or shared on WhatsApp.
